Electro-mechanical assembly integrates electrical and mechanical components to create precise, functional systems essential for seamless device operation.
Cleanroom Assembly and Packaging ensures product integrity by assembling and packaging in a controlled environment that minimizes contamination from dust, microbes, and particles.
Syntech’s CNC Gerber Cutting Machine is able to optimize and cut material with high precision, in which pre-programmed computer software dictates the movement of the machine. Multi-Layer Cutting up to 2? deep.
This automated procedure guarantees that each layer is placed with consistent tension and no creases, which is crucial for sustaining quality throughout the production batch. The machine can handle rolls up to 2000 lbs., 46 inches in diameter and 80 inches wide. The spreading table is 110 ft. long and provides a stable and even surface for fabric spreading, ensuring that each layer is perfectly aligned, resulting in accurate cuts and minimized waste.
Our PFAFF machines offer ultrasonic welding and sonic sewing services that create strong, durable, and precise bonds and seams, all while maintaining material integrity.
Manufacturing method used to shaVacuum forming is a manufacturing process used to shape plastic materials. In this process, a plastic sheet is heated and then molded around a single form using suction. We currently operate six machines capable of handling plastic sheets up to 2×2 feet.
Thermal transfer printers utilize a heated printhead to transfer heat onto a ribbon coated with either wax or resin, depending on the media type. Our quality system ensures complete traceability, tracking lot numbers, serial numbers, and quantities printed for every product requiring this level of control.
A band sealer is a machine that uses heat and pressure to continuously seal pouches with precision. Each device is equipped with a conveyor band or roller system to move the pouches through the machine, applying a consistent flow of heat and pressure to form an airtight, hermetic seal. The settings are thoroughly validated for every application to ensure optimal performance.
Injection molding (coming soon) is a manufacturing process where molten material, typically plastic, is injected into a mold under high pressure. The material then cools and solidifies into the desired shape. This process is widely used for producing large quantities of precise, consistent parts.
